-Bites her feet,making her paws red and irritated

my puppy got her first treatment for mange, its been a week and not alot of improvement…??
she is due for another dose in a week (2 weeks apart) is it normal that i dont see too much improvement?? is this normal? for anyone who has has similar situations, did you see improvement right away?? my kitty misses playing with her….
It’s going to take WAY more than a week…it may take several, up to a couple of months.
It will look like it gets worse before it gets better.
