That’s like trying to cure cancer with herbal remedies.
Get your dog to the vet, have a skin scraping done to identify WHAT KIND of mange, there are 2 kinds.
Vet will give you the right dips and shampoos – your dog will be cured with treatment.
It is nuts to try to "naturally" cure mange – there is NO cure but meds and first you need to know what type of mange your poor dog has.
Get him to the vet – not that expensive to have this cured.

You need to take the dog to the vet ASAP for a proper diagnosis and treatment. If you’re unable to afford vet care for your dog, you need to surrender the dog to a breed-specific rescue, private pet rescue, or no-kill shelter. DO NOT TREAT THIS YOURSELF.

Ok first off I had three dogs I rescued with severe generalized demdectic mange… And took one to the vet to diagnose and was over charged and he didn’t even treat the dog! So unless you know an honest vet that won’t overcharge…then try a lime-sulfur dip it’s stinky and a bit repetative but works. You can buy a 16 oz bottle which should be about two dips for med dogs… You can find it cheap on amazon. I also have trained with an aromatheripist and have seen some things work wonders. But I fear tea tree in concentration would but far too strong on already damaged skin, though you can spray diluted as an antiseptic. Promerisis as someone has mentioned does work, but has resulted in the death on many dogs. Read reviews…you can do the dip and use ivermectin, which they sell for cattle and what not look up how to ratio for dogs should be 1/10cc per . The paste is like 5 bucks farmers use it for cattle since they can get the same diseases. The ivermectin protects against heart worms stomach worms and helps keep the mites under control…best of luck
1/10 cc per 10lbs I meant
…. I’m still treating the dogs but are on their way to recovery!
